Photoshoot preparation (it’s July 18th) :)! This is what you could call my own version of the tone it up 7 day slim down haha. I follow “diet” plans best when I can physically check off each meal as I go along so I’m going to print this off and do just that. Plus there isn’t that many specifics so I believe I could follow this slim down plan really good!
