i never used to sweat but when I started working out and drinking more water… voila!! i love the feeling!!!!
anyway i forced myself to run today. only 35 minutes but it’s still a start!!! i hope i can make this regular….i’m currently debating whether or not i should do ntc back definer and jump ropes or not…. i ate a fricken shatload last night when i met hannah and proceeded to have two cookies for breakfast!!!!
maybe i should….. esp since i’m meeting the girls for 오빠닭!!!!! and beers tonight!
i definitely need to photo document this one. and i 99% promise i will.
